Stephan Blankenburg
Stephan Blankenburg is not just an entrepreneur – he is a person with a clear vision: to enable real opportunities for other people.
Raised in Bielefeld, married and father of two children, Cedric and Vivien, family is not a side issue for him, but rather the foundation. The initials of his children – "Ce" and "Vi" – are deliberately incorporated into the name Cevitalis and symbolically represent what drives him: to build something sustainable that will last beyond himself.
Stephan has been working in the medical industry for over 30 years. During this time, he has not only acquired in-depth expertise but also, as the owner and partner of his own company, has proven over many years that he can take on entrepreneurial responsibility and build sustainable success – a company he continues to lead successfully to this day. His focus has been particularly on developing sales structures, leading teams, and sustainably increasing revenue.
But his path wasn't without its challenges. Alongside numerous successes, Stephan also experienced financial setbacks. It was precisely these phases that shaped him and sharpened his resolve. His motto was, and remains to this day: Never give up. For him, failure isn't an end point, but rather part of the process – and often the starting point for the next breakthrough.
With Cevitalis, he has combined his experience, values, and expertise. His mission is not only to offer people high-quality products but also to open up a genuine entrepreneurial perspective for them. A system that makes it possible to build a business you're passionate about – supported by a strong concept, clear structures, and a fair compensation plan.
For Stephan, people are always the focus. His guiding principles are not short-term profit, but long-term development, personal growth, and shared success.
His greatest strength lies in recognizing, developing, and motivating people. He understands how to make potential visible and build high-performing teams from it. For him, leadership is not about control, but about inspiration and leading by example.

Ralf Schönwerth
Ralf Schönwerth, born in 1962, has been active in network marketing since 1999. His professional journey began with an apprenticeship as a car mechanic – an experience that continues to shape him today. Structured thinking, solution-oriented action, and the ability to consistently overcome challenges form the basis of his success.
In April 2024, he founded his own network marketing company together with Stephan Blankenburg. For him, this step was the logical next step in his career – with the clear goal of putting his experience, his values, and his vision of sustainable, honest success into practice.
For Ralf Schönwerth, personal success isn't the only focus. He's much more passionate about guiding and supporting others on their journeys. He wants to demonstrate the potential within each individual, provided they are willing to work on themselves, take responsibility, and persevere in the long run.
His motivation is personal development – both his own and that of the people he works with.
His guiding principle: "Success is not a coincidence, but the result of hard work and continuous improvement."
Vivien Blankenburg
Vivien Blankenburg brings both practical experience in dealing with people and business know-how to her work. Even during her training in the hospitality industry, she developed a great passion for direct contact with people and a keen sense for service and customer needs.
At the beginning of 2024, she completed her commercial training and subsequently gained initial professional experience in field sales for a hair salon cosmetics brand. There, she was able to further develop her communication skills and gain valuable insights into sales structures and customer relationships.
Upon joining Cevitalis, Vivien Blankenburg quickly recognized the difference a values-driven environment can make. The genuine appreciation shown to partners and customers, as well as the clear focus on people rather than solely on numbers, shape her daily work. She is convinced that sustainable success arises where development, trust, and genuine collaboration are paramount.
With her structured work style, reliability and open manner, Vivien Blankenburg makes a significant contribution to ensuring that both customers and partners feel they are in good hands at Cevitalis.
Within the company, she is responsible for customer management and ensures that all processes run smoothly. Her duties include, among other things, handling orders and returns, organizing marketing processes, accounting, and planning and executing events.

Already 2500 consultants registered with CeVitalis
The network marketing company CeVitalis has generated sales of around 400,000 euros since its official launch on April 15th.
A total of 2,500 sales partners have already registered with the start-up, according to Managing Director and COO Ralf Schönwerth.
